With the expansion of our partnership with Alcatel Lucent Enterprise (ALE), Nokia and TP-link as part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our team in Sweden and seeking a dynamic Network Partner Sales Manager to strengthen relationships with key partners.

Job Responsibilities
As a Network Partner Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind growing Pedab’s market presence by building and nurturing strong relationships with our partners.
You will:
- Drive Partner Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to increase revenue and drive growth through our partner network.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing partners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with Pedab’s offerings.
- New Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new partners, expanding Pedab’s partner ecosystem and market reach.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner satisfaction and deliver the best solutions.
- Sales Enablement: Empower partners with sales training, product knowledge, and resources to help them sell Pedab’s solutions effectively.
- Market and Technology Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, providing insights to partners and the Pedab leadership team.
- Revenue Growth: Be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to Pedab’s growth objectives.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented sales professional with the following qualifications:
- Experience: Many years of experience in IT Sales within a Network technology environment.
- Strong Network: Proven experience building and managing relationships with resellers, systems integrators, and/or technology partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Sales Expertise: Knowledge of IT solutions and infrastructure, ideally with experience working with vendors specialized in the ecosystem within Network.
- Team Player: A collaborative team player who works well across departments to achieve results.
- Proactivity: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in driving partner relationships and business growth.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
